Consumption of banana
Banana is a very nutritious food, it is easily digestible, contains lot of vitamins, minerals and trace elements. Its potassium, calcium and magnesium concentration is high, and there is also a lot of iron, zinc and phosphor in bananas. From all fruits, it has the highest amount of vitamin B, but it contains a substantial amount of carotene, vitamin C and E also. At some places, banana is also eaten baked, and some people make flour and beer from it.

It is not a good idea to store bananas in a refrigerator, because under 13 Celsius it becomes brown very soon. Storing mature bananas should be between 13-16 Celsius, which is possible up to 5-10 days.
